I understand the dynamics that guide people, relationships, and organizations, especially when they're difficult to recognize from within. Who I am and what I observe<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I see connections that often remain separate.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The underlying theme of my work has always been the same: quickly recognizing the patterns, contradictions, and subtle dynamics that influence a situation, even when they appear to belong to different realms.

A communication difficulty may stem from a responsibility no one is assuming. A project that isn't progressing may reveal a conflict between stated objectives and actual decisions. One person can continue to intervene because the mechanism that produces them remains invisible to the person acting on it.

My work consists of connecting these levels, naming what is happening, and bringing it all into awareness. I then translate this understanding into an authentic choice, a boundary, a strategy, a process, or a new way of communicating. I do this with an interdisciplinary, direct, and deeply individualized perspective, without prepackaged formulas and without separating the material from the interior.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
