Landing support

Continuous personalized support

When you're always in the thick of things, you need a presence that can see them as they happen.

I support you in your daily life to recognize patterns, gaps, and blind spots as they arise, transform them into concrete decisions and systems, and teach you a method that will gradually become your compass.

For people, professionals, entrepreneurs, leadership and organizations · Duration and investment defined on the real situation

A continuous presence

Understand. Apply. Change.

  • regular sessions
  • support between meetings
  • priority access
  • checks and transformations in progress
  • transferable method and autonomy

Frequency, channels, response times and perimeter are agreed upon before launch.

The effort that repeats itself

You've become so accustomed to living in survival mode that you mistake it for normality.

Being constantly busy, dealing with emergencies, anticipating others' reactions, overseeing every detail, and shouldering overwhelming responsibilities may seem like a commitment, and effort, according to society's unhealthy standards, is already seen as success, but that's not the case. The key is to examine what that investment of energy produces. When effort doesn't generate direction, competence, freedom, or results, you're fueling a system that consumes you.

You always try to stay strong and keep everything under control, even when you're exhausted. But things aren't getting any better.

You've been adapting to a dysfunctional situation for years, and now you struggle to even imagine a different way of living.

You fear disappointment, failure, or not being enough, and you end up taking on burdens that aren't truly yours.

The same dynamics return in your life or work even when you thought you had understood and overcome them.

You communicate a lot, but you can't get yourself heard; you produce and work continuously, but your direction remains scattered.

The people, tools, or procedures change on the team, yet the same problem keeps reappearing.

Repetition exposes the system that continues to produce it. When it becomes visible, we can finally intervene.

A guide into reality

Imagine a precious presence that knows your context and helps you stay present as life happens.

A kind of tangible guardian angel: she respectfully enters your daily routine, observes with you what emerges between meetings, and shows you what habit, pressure, or involvement renders invisible. Her continued presence allows you to work on the dynamics while they are still alive, before they turn into yet another emergency.

01 · OBSERVE

Let's see what really happens

Decisions, relationships, language, reactions, loads, processes, and results are interpreted within the context in which they occur.

02 · INTERVENE

We build problem-aware systems

We introduce boundaries, criteria, routines, messages, processes, and checks tailored to what is happening, without fitting the problem into a formula.

03 · INTEGRATE

The method becomes yours

You learn to recognize patterns first, read the consequences, and correct your direction without waiting for someone else to do it for you.

Continuous presence means continuity, not unlimited availability. Support occurs through the channels, on the days, in the time slots, and with the response times indicated in the proposal.

One service, different contexts

The dynamic changes shape. The method remains recognizable.

For your everyday life

We work on presence, choices, relationships, boundaries, responsibilities, recurring patterns, and energy organization, as you learn to distinguish what you want from what you've adapted to.

For your work

We work on customers, money, value communication, positioning, loads, priorities, collaborations, and decisions, building systems that reduce dispersion and dependence on emergencies.

For teams and companies

We work on leadership, roles, information flows, responsibilities, processes, conflicts, and consistency between stated values and behaviors, verifying the impact of decisions over time.

What it may include

Support is designed around the change we need to make possible.

Regular structure

  • sessions with agreed frequency
  • objectives and verification steps
  • management review
  • priority access to availability

Support between meetings

  • messages in the agreed channels
  • comparison on related decisions
  • review of materials or developments
  • responses within defined times

The proposal specifies what is included, what is left out, people involved, confidentiality, channels, time slots, response times, duration, payment deadlines, and termination conditions.

Applied experience

Twelve years of experience allow me to quickly recognize the knot and follow its evolution over time.

I have observed organizations from inside and outside, in operational, strategic, and decision-making roles. In my work, I connect behavior, communication, processes, accountability, and results to distinguish the visible problem from the system that continues to produce it.

Always work to feel needed

A retired manager answered clients even in the evenings and on weekends. Recognizing the connection between availability and personal value, he established boundaries, recovered his rest, and developed a freer relationship with his work.

From fragmented flows to a scalable system

In the B2T case, internal communication, information gathering, and project management have become a more efficient system, with greater team autonomy and a more sustainable customer experience.

When the block was in the leadership

A disorganized group revealed a lack of goals, selection criteria, boundaries, and accountability. The intervention brought the issue back to the leadership and made the process more coherent and sustainable.

Elisa helped me see clearly where I was betraying myself and why. I began to set boundaries without feeling guilty or having to constantly justify myself.

Sara M.

Elisa helped me see clearly the dynamics that were holding me back, especially the sense of duty and guilt that guided my choices. Today I have a team that is aligned.

Marco M.

Her observations are very powerful, straight to the point, and force you to see what you're avoiding. Immediately after the first consultations, I began to move forward with much more awareness.

The transformation we seek

The journey succeeds when you no longer need me in the same way.

The goal is to impart skills, not create dependency. Over time, you learn to recognize problematic clients, relationships, or situations earlier; communicate more precisely; set boundaries without waiting for exhaustion; build systems that protect what matters; distinguish useful effort from waste; and correct course before the problem becomes unmanageable.

First I'll show you what you can't see. Then I'll teach you to recognize it without me.

How do we get started?

Shadowing requires compatibility, responsibility, and a goal to truly work toward.

We begin with a 15-minute orientation meeting. You briefly describe the context, what keeps coming up, and the outcome you want to achieve. I'll determine whether mentoring is the right format and whether I can deliver value in the situation. If the conditions are right for working together, you'll receive a clear proposal before making a decision.

Initial comparison

A free 15-minute consultation will help you assess your application, compatibility, and work style. The operational analysis begins after the path is confirmed.

Personalized proposal

The goal, duration, frequency, channels, support, verification, people involved, investment, and financial conditions are defined before launch.

Support requires limited availability. Payments, invoicing, confidentiality, travel, interruptions, and excluded activities are reported in the proposal and in the Terms and conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before evaluating the route.

How long does it last and how much does it cost?

Duration and investment depend on the objective, frequency, level of support, people involved, and complexity. You'll receive a complete proposal before you decide, with no additional activities or costs unless agreed upon.

Can I contact you every day?

The plan may include messages on weekdays, but does not include 24-hour support. Channels, time slots, frequency, and response times are defined in the proposal to ensure that support is available, sustainable, and truly useful.

Is it also suitable for a company or a team?

Yes. The process may involve leadership, a professional, a group, or multiple functions. Objectives, access to information, people involved, confidentiality, and the format of feedback are established before the start.

How does it differ from a consulting package?

A package organizes multiple sessions on a single objective. The support adds continuity between meetings, monitoring of developments, defined support, priority access, and the ability to adjust systems and decisions as they are implemented.

Should I already know what the problem is?

You should be able to at least indicate where you perceive friction, repetition, or dispersion, and what you'd like to make different. Part of the work may involve defining the problem more precisely.

Can I interrupt the journey?

Yes, depending on the minimum duration, notice period, activities already completed, and financial conditions specified in the proposal. The process is periodically reviewed to determine whether continuity is still generating value.

How do I know if I need support or a one-on-one consultation?

A one-on-one consultation is suitable for a specific situation that can be analyzed and addressed in one meeting. Support is useful when the problem manifests itself over time, affects multiple areas, or requires application, observation of the effects, and subsequent corrections. The initial discussion also helps avoid proposing a more extensive treatment plan when a single consultation would be sufficient.

You don't have to get stronger to better handle what's consuming you.

You can learn to recognize the dynamics earlier, break the loop, and build a system that works with you. If you're ready to take responsibility, I'm ready to show you what you can't yet see.
