The problem you are experiencing
The deeper you get into it, the harder it becomes to distinguish the problem from the way you've learned to look at it.
You may have already read, reflected, sought advice, and tried to change something. You may even know, in theory, what you should do. Yet you keep coming back to the same point, the same situations repeating themselves. You keep putting off a decision, explaining yourself without feeling understood, repeating the same conflict, or wondering if the problem is truly yours. You can no longer distinguish what you want from what you fear, what you want from what you don't. In these cases, an outside perspective capable of connecting what you're dealing with separately is often missing.
You've been mulling it over for weeks, and each new opinion adds another possibility, or perhaps limits you, instead of helping you choose.
In a relationship, you adapt to avoid reactions, only to find that your boundaries and needs are consistently ignored.
Your work has value, but you can't communicate it, choose a direction, or stop attracting situations and people that drain you.
You're not missing any more information. You're missing understanding what's really, concretely, happening in your case. What are the "whys" you still can't answer.
What do you get from consulting?
You see the real problem, recognize the pattern that fuels it, and immediately start changing it.
Let's not wait for understanding to come on its own. I'll show you the subtle dynamics that are keeping the problem going., even when it contradicts the explanation you've given yourself so far. If you're willing to question yourself and use what emerges to choose differently than in the past, we can shorten the times enormouslyWe identify the real point on which to intervene, recognize the resources you already have and define concrete ways to change that pattern.
By the end of the session, you won't have simply discussed the problem. We'll have identified the point of intervention, separated what's actually happening from the interpretations and reactions that have accumulated over time, and defined the next step.
It could be a belief that needs changing (after years of experience, I can say this is always the starting point: you need to change a belief, a definition), a decision to make, a boundary to reestablish, a conversation to have, a priority to acknowledge, or a different way of communicating. It depends on the situation. What doesn't change is the outcome of the work: you'll not only gain greater awareness, but also a more precise understanding of reality and a direction to take. My work doesn't stop with problem analysis: activates and accelerates change.
What do we do together?
From the situation described to the point where you can actually intervene.
01 · READ
Let's reconstruct the context
I listen to what you say and observe language, relationships, decisions, goals, and concrete consequences.
02 · RECOGNIZE
Let's identify the dynamics
We distinguish the visible problem from the mechanism that maintains it and the blind spot that makes it difficult to change.
03 · TRANSLATE
Let's define the next step
We transform understanding into criteria, boundaries, priorities, words or actions consistent with the real situation.
A consultation may be enough To focus on a situation and choose a first direction. The value of the session does not depend on the purchase of a subsequent course.
A concrete case
When work became the only measure of one's worth.
After more than forty years at the same company, a former manager had opened a new business even in retirement. He answered customers at lunchtime, in the evenings, and on weekends; he worked harder than before and continued to measure his value by his availability and productivity. The crux wasn't his schedule. It was the need to feel needed and appreciated, but he'd learned that this meant sacrificing himself. Having made this dynamic clear, he began to set clear hours, stop answering on weekends, and make time for himself without viewing it as something he deserved.
The turning point
The visible problem was time. The real dynamic was the identity built around the need to always be useful.
Testimonials
What changes when what was driving the situation becomes visible.
Elisa helped me see clearly where I was betraying myself and why. I began to set boundaries without feeling guilty or having to constantly justify myself.
Sara M.
Her observations are very powerful, straight to the point, and force you to see what you're avoiding. Immediately after the first consultations, I began to move forward with much more awareness.

Frequently Asked Questions
Before booking.
Can I purchase just one consultation?
Yes. You can have a single consultation with no obligation to purchase additional sessions or pursue other services. One session may be enough to focus on the problem, make a decision, or identify an initial direction. If you wish to continue, we can develop a program or package of sessions with a frequency, objectives, and financial terms tailored to your specific needs.
Should I arrive with a pre-defined problem?
You may arrive with a specific question or with the feeling that something still isn't working. Often, a key part of the job is precisely defining the problem correctly.
Will you tell me what to do?
You'll receive direct feedback and concrete advice, but the decision remains yours. My work enhances the quality of the information and the criteria you use to make your decisions; it doesn't replace your responsibility.
Is it also suitable for professional situations?
Yes. We can work on positioning, value communication, client and collaborator relationships, decision-making, boundaries, priorities, and dynamics that impact work. More complex corporate projects require a dedicated quote.
What happens after payment?
You'll receive a confirmation and be contacted to choose a date and time from the available options. You'll be asked for the necessary information for the invoice and, if applicable, a brief description of the topic you'd like to discuss.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
You can request only one transfer, providing you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. For late cancellations, no-shows, and exceptional circumstances, the conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions apply.
Is it a psychological or therapeutic service?
No. It's a communication and awareness counseling approach that goes beyond the psychological level; it delves deeper and addresses subtle dynamics. It can complement and not replace other therapies, diagnoses, medical treatments, legal advice, or other professional services.
What if I'm still not sure if it's the right service for me?
You can request a short, free consultation, aimed exclusively at understanding which service to start with. Write to me describing the situation in a few lines.
How much more time do you want to dedicate to a situation that you continue to look at from the same perspective?
You bring a willingness to question yourself. I bring twelve years of experience, a vision capable of recognizing what you can no longer see from within, and the precision needed to transform it into a concrete direction.
