A multidisciplinary team, hundreds of projects, and growth to be structured.
From 2016 to 2019 I collaborated as a freelance consultant in hybrid mode with B2T Srl., an agency specializing in digital marketing, communications, and web development. I worked as part of a team of 4-5 people, reporting directly to the owner, immediately assuming operational, organizational, and strategic responsibilities.
During the collaboration I managed hundreds of projects for clients from different sectors, contributing not only to the provision of services but also to the optimization of internal processes.
The challenge
A growth that required more structure, not more speed.
The growing number of clients required more structured management of workflows, communications, and information collection. The main critical issues were:
High times in the preparation of offers and estimates
Incomplete collection information from customers
Poorly standardized processes and non-optimized communication passages
Ensuring quality and continuity on heterogeneous projects in parallel
My role
A transversal role between strategy, relationships and production.
I have combined project management, strategic consulting, communications, and operational production. My responsibilities:
